COMMISSION FEE:
16.5% of the hammer price will be added on to the final hammer price on a per-lot basis.
For example: if the final hammer price is 1,500,000 JPY (Hammer Price: 1,500,000, JPY+16.5% Commission Fee: 247,500 JPY=Total Purchase Price: 1,747,500 JPY)
No Japanese taxes will be imposed on your purchases.
If you bid via Invaluable live auction, the commission fee will be 21.5% of the hammer price (16.5% from Mallet Auction plus 5% from Invaluable).

M-LIVE AUCTION
M-Live Auction is newly introduced, using our Online Live Bidding system.
If you wish to bid on the lots in M-Live, please log in to your Mallet web account and apply from the "ONLINE LIVE BIDS" page by 6:00 PM JST, 11 December at the latest.
Online live bidding requires an application for each auction day in advance. If you have registered for the Online Live Bidding of 12 December, you can participate in both auctions (M-Live and Sale #241212).
You may place a bid in advance using our Online Live Bidding system, before the beginning of the auction for the particular lot. The system will bid on your behalf until the price reaches the amount of your bid in advance.
Please note that bids cannot be placed at the auction site for the lots in this M-Live.

ABSENTEE BIDDING IN WRITTEN FORM:
If you wish to leave a bid, please fill out the absentee bids form with a maximum bid amount for each lot and send it back to us via email or fax by 6:00 PM JST, Wednesday, 11 December at the latest. You can also submit a bid after logging into your account. Please note that we only accept bids in Japanese Yen.
TELEPHONE BIDDING:
In order to submit your telephone bids, please fill out the telephone bids form and send it back to us via email or fax. You can also submit a bid after logging into your account. You must intend to bid within or above the estimate range.
*Please note that a backup bid amount is REQUIRED for telephone bidding. You MUST fill in at minimum the lower estimate in the telephone bid form.
The telephone lines are limited to 8 LOTs per customer per auction, reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. It must be applied no later than 6:00 PM JST, Tuesday, 10 December.
We assume NO responsibility for any troubles or errors, delays etc. when executing a telephone bid.
ONLINE LIVE BIDDING:
A) If you wish to participate in our sale via Online live bidding, please log into your Mallet web account and apply from the "ONLINE LIVE BIDS" page by 6:00 PM JST, Wednesday, 11 December at the latest.
Online live bidding requires an application for each auction day in advance. If you have registered for the Online Live Bidding of 10 December, you can participate in both auctions (M-Live and Sale #241212).
You may place a bid in advance using our Online Live Bidding system, before the beginning of the auction for the particular lot.
The system will bid on your behalf until the price reaches the amount of your bid in advance.
B) If you register with Invaluable, you will be able to bid online via Invaluable platform as well. In this case, however, there will be an extra 5% Invaluable commission fee to be added on to your invoice.
Please be careful not to bid against yourself for the same lot if you are using more than one bidding method, for instance, absentee bidding and online live bidding, etc.
FEES PAYABLE UPON SUCCESSFUL PURCHASE:
1. MALLET INTERNATIONAL COMMISSION FEESThe commission fee is 16.5% of the final hammer price on a per-lot basis. If you bid via Invaluable, the commission fee will be 21.5% of the hammer price (16.5% for Mallet Auction plus 5% for Invaluable). No Japanese taxes will be imposed on your purchases.
2. PAYMENT/ DUE DATE
If your bids are successful, Mallet International will send you an invoice after the auction by e-mail. The due date of the remittance (via wire transfer to our bank account in Japanese Yen) is Monday, 23 December. Purchasers are responsible for wire transfer fees. We do not accept credit cards for auction purchases.

IMPORTANT : If the payment is not confirmed on Tuesday, 24 December for this sale, you will be charged an additional default interest to the outstanding balance at the rate of 14.6% per annum.
3. PACKING/ SHIPPING for International Delivery
Mallet International can make packing/shipping arrangements at your expense. The packing fee will be approximately 15,000 to 30,000 JPY depending on the works. Shipping quotes are available upon request. We also accommodate buyers' demands of using their own accounts of any couriers.
In addition to the expenses mentioned above, you may also be liable to taxes or customs duties, etc., on the shipment upon entry to the destination country. For further details, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that Mallet International shall not be held responsible for the above arrangements even if there is an accident (including but not limited to damage, loss, theft, or defacement) to the purchase.
4. INSURANCE for International Delivery
We can arrange insurance for shipping the purchase on your behalf. The fee will be 0.37% of the total purchase price. However, if the purchase price is less than 810,000 JPY, the insurance fee will be 3,000 JPY.
